Bowen Yang

Senior Scientist

Dr. Bowen Yang is currently working in the solar cell group at Department of Physical Chemistry in Uppsala University, Sweden. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2018 from Department of Environmental Engineering at the University of Connecticut, USA, under the supervison of Prof. Alexander G. Agrios. Her Ph.D. thesis is related with dye-sensitized solar cells and dye characterizations. She then worked as a Scientist from 2018 to 2021 with Prof. Anders Hagfledt on perovsktie solar cells in the Laboratory of Photomolecular Science at the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. Her current research is focusing on obtaining high-efficient and stable perovskite solar cells through material and device engineering. She also works as Scientific Advisor for Dyenamo AB.
